Whenever you need to search for a spanish word with a special character such as corazón you do not need to enter the "ó" instead you can simply type corazon.
so corazón = corazon
In Microsoft windows this is how you enter the following Spanish characters with accents:
Make sure Num Lock is On, and use the numbers on the keypad (on the right side of the keyboard)
ñ = Alt + 164
ú = Alt + 163
ó = Alt + 162
í = Alt + 161
á = Alt + 160
é = Alt + 130
É = Alt + 0201
¿ = Alt + 168
